Knight's Dash Review

Knight's Dash is a basic racing platformer, in which you must jump and slash your way through a horde of enemies in order to get the farthest distance you can.

Knight's Dash is well rendered with simple and cute Flash characters and backgrounds.  Like all games of its genre it is fast and frantic and is over fairly quickly.  What separates this from other racing games, is that your night after a certain amount of carnage will level up.  When levelled he goes back to full health and speeds up a little, making progression easier.

In knights dash there are four maps that your knight travels through.  These maps do not change and are always the same, meaning that even though there are just four they get stale very quickly.  Even though the levels are infinite in length it is a random cycle over and over again through these four maps.

The game does have leader boards and achievements, but from the game has to offer, there is a small chance that anyone will hang around long enough to claim them all.

Despite having power ups, a levelling up system and nice visuals, Knight's Dash offers nothing really new to its genre and remains a very basic game.  Other games do the same thing better.  It will amuse but not for too long.
